Simple diet tips

Losing weight can be a life long battle for some.
There are all sorts of theories on my best to lost weight and keep it off. The best and most healthiest form of dieting is eating healthy.

1. Drink lots of water daily. Totally cut out carbonated drinks .
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. It also helps to daily cleanse your body .
3. Take foods high in fibre .
4. Count your calories.
5. Stop the 'comfort eating' , when you are stressed , instead look for a healthy alternative to ease you stress.
6. Starvation diet NEVER works, dont do it
7. Changing your eating habits is a life long affair, so ease into it. If you suddenly cut out foods you are used to, your body would rebel and there is a very high possibility that you would binge eat
8. Excercise is important , it helps increase your metabolism and therefore burn off calories. If you cant go to the gym, try brisk walking every evening for at least 30 mins
9. Reduce your alcohol intake, it has lots of calories, when taken in excess its bad for your health.
10. Eat slowly, it helps trick you body into believing that you are full.
