What NOT to wear to church

I attend a Pentecostal church in a highbrow area in Lagos , a lot of what the women wear to Church doesn't leave much to the imagination. Below are some of the clothes not to wear to the House of God.

1. Do NOT wear anything above your knee, the brothers would spend more ogling your thighs than listening to the sermon. You are going to church NOT THE CLUB

2. No long slits on your skirt or dress

3. No cleavage, its just wrong

 4. No transparent clothes

5. No open backside, save it for the appropriate occasion

6. No open shoulders

7. No overly tight clothes.

16. DON'T sacrifice your professional image for fashion.

 17. DON'T wear the wrong undergarments. Try padded bras, firm bras, sports bras, cinchers ,etc when and where applicable

 18. DON'T become a fashion victim!!!

19. DON'T show too much skin at once. Either show cleavage or legs.


20. Less is more. Dress appropriately for the occassion.

11.DONT WEAR 2 different patterened pieces,
     One should be plain and the other patterned.

12.DON'T wear 2 flared pieces.
     Either your top is fitted & the bottom is flared or vice versa
     (especially plus sized bombshells).

13.  Please DON'T let your bra straps show.
       That's waay too much information!

14.DON'T wear inner wear as outer wear,
    except of course you are Beyonce.....

15. DON'T EVER leave your house without looking at the mirror,
      it never lies to you.

6.legs!
If you dont have the legs ,dont flaunt them!
or at least shave them....

7.Visible panty liner (VPL)
Its a major offence.

8.Camel toes
Ladies, ladies, ladies PLEASE DO NOT EVER let the `camel toe` show.

9. High heels on short trousers dont fit

10.Horizontal striped dresses
There is nothing wrong with this fad.
But if you are plus sized it makes you look bigger,
Stick to vertical stripes,those have a slimming effect

Have you ever seen some women wearing, um ... what they shouldn't wear?!
I have an inexhaustible list.
I would highlight them over time....

1. Undersized clothes.
A major offence with far too many repeat offenders.
Ladies, I know you wish you were 4 sizes smaller,
But you aren't!



2. Over sized clothes
They make you look much bigger than you really are.
Wear clothes that are your actual size.



3.Cleavage
Don't expose too much cleavage during the day and to work.
Those looks are best suited for nigh time.
Even then ,it should be in moderation.



4.Extreme colour blocking
I haven't quite figured out whether i like this fad or not.
I don't actually think it suits everyone.



5.Make up gone wrong
Apply makeup in moderation.
There is a difference between daytime and nighttime make up.
