Underwear tips

Your underwear you wear is almost as important as your outwear wear.
If you were involved in an accident ,
and your underwear had to be torn off to save your life,
would you rather die than have the medic save your life?
If you would rather die, then there is a big big problem.
  1. Measure your breasts, so that you start buying your correct size.
  2. Have a reasonable number of bras (min10).
  3. Have a lot of panties ( min 30).
  4. Wash your bras everyday (of course panties as well).
  5. When they inevitably start to slack or develop holes, do throw them away.
  6. Have a number of different shape wear (petite and plus sized ladies).
  7. have different types of bras, sports bras, maternity bras, lace bras, tshirt bras, strapless bras, push up bras etc.
  8. When your bra's start to fall apart ,do them a favour and lay them to rest.                                     They have surely served you well by now...

Pregnant fashion

Even though and nothing seems to fit now,
its still possible to look gorgeous and pregnant.
some tips on how to accomplish that are;

1.Invest in at least 3 pairs of either maternity trousers, jeans, skirts and lots of leggings.

2. Invest in a few pairs of flats, heels become uncomfortable after your first trimester.

3.By the end of your first trimester ,
invest in a few dresses that can be used before and after your pregnancy.
There are some dresses that are free and could also be used with a belt.
Get between 5 to 10 of those and you are good to go.

4.Another fantastic dress style is the wrap dress.

Running a successful small business 'Naija women in business'

People always ask me for advice on what kind of business to do.
After going on the radio show ' Naija women in business' on inspiration FM, ,92.3,  i have decided to write a mini series on business.

First, business is not for everyone. Its important to realize that. Don't start a business just for the sake of it. The odds of the business succeeding would be low. Also not everyone has to go into 'buying and selling'

A friend of money came to my store some months ago to ask for advice on what business to do. She already had a hobby she loved doing, which was making bridal accessories. I told her to develop that idea, create a product line and the business would take on a life of its own from there.

You can do everything and anything you want.

Some alternate business ideas that don't include buying and selling are

  1. Blogging , visit www.lindaikeji.blogspot.com , she is persistent, consistent, now blogging pays all her bills.
  2. Event planning
  3. Facilities management
  4. Contracting
  5. Consultancy
  6. Hair care
  7. Interior deigning/ decorating
  8. Stylist/ beauty consultancy
  9. Small business consultancy
  10. Catering
  11. Daycare / creche
  12. Academics
  13. Fashion designing
  14. Fitness instructor
  15. Graphics designer/ creative
  16. PR consultancy
  17. Photographer
And lots more.
Best of luck .
